Migrated MorphoSource 1 Media Group Title: HRXCT scan Migrated MorphoSource 1 Media File Description: University of Texas High-Resolution X-ray CT Facility Archive 2115\\r\\n\\r\\nCriswell:\\r\\nneoce: Scans of the head and pectoral girdle of Neoceratodus forsteri (Australian Museum I.40438-001, Australia, QLD, Breeding ponds at Macquarie University) for Katharine Criswell of the University of Texas at Austin. Specimen scanned by Matthew Colbert 14 August 2009. \\r\\n\\r\\n16bit: 1024x1024 16-bit TIFF images. II, 200 kV, 0.18 mA, intensity control off, high-power mode, no filter, empty container wedge, no offset, slice thickness 2 lines ( = 0.09546 mm), S.O.D. 130 mm, 1400 views, 3 samples per view, inter-slice spacing 2 lines ( = 0.09546 mm), field of reconstruction 40 mm (maximum field of view 43.24598 mm), reconstruction offset 5000, reconstruction scale 4000. Acquired with 19 slices per rotation and 15 slices per set. Spike- and ring-removal processing done by Satomi Ishihama based on correction of raw sinogram data using IDL routines “RK_SinoDespike” with default parameters and “RK_SinoRingProcSimul” with the parameter “bestof5=11.” Deleted last four duplicate slices from each rotation. Deleted first 7 blank slices. Total final slices =698.\\r\\n
