University of Texas High-Resolution X-ray CT Facility Archive
Nishimura:
SetE: Scan of cervical and thoracic vertebrae of seven primate specimens for Abigail Nishimura of Stony Brook University. Scans archived as eight separate sets. Specimens scanned by Matthew Colbert on 25 July 2017.
16bitTIFF: Scan parameters: NSI scanner. Fein Focus Microfocal source, 160 kV, 0.18 mA, aluminum filter, Perkin Elmer detector, 0.25 pF gain, 1 fps, 1x1 binning, no flip, source to object 183.0 mm, source to detector 1316.731 mm, continuous CT scan, no frames averaged, 0 skip frames, 3000 projections, 5 gain calibrations, 5 mm calibration phantom, data range [-2.0, 20.0] (grayscale adjusted from NSI defaults), beam-hardening correction = 0.1. Voxel size = 20.8 μm. Total slices = 3777.
