University of Texas High-Resolution X-ray CT Facility Archive 1093 Lundberg Cranoglanis: Scans of a whole Cranoglanis (ANSP 164978, alcoholic) for Dr. John Lundberg of the Academy of Natural Sciences, Philadelphia, PA. Specimen scanned by Matthew Colbert 8 October 2004. 16bitrot: 1024x1024 16-bit TIFF images. II, 180 kV, 0.133 mA, no filter, empty container wedge, no offset, slice thickness 2 lines (= 0.0877 mm), S.O.D. 128 mm, 1600 views, 2 samples per view, inter-slice spacing 2 lines (= 0.0877 mm), field of reconstruction 40 mm (maximum field of view 41.90506 mm), reconstruction offset 5490, reconstruction scale 1500. Acquired with 15 slices per rotation. Drift- and ring-removal processing done by Susan Garlock based on correction of raw sinogram data using IDL routines “RK_SinoDeDrift” and “RK_SinoRingProcSimul,” both with default parameters. Reconstructed off-center with Y offset of 3.0, and rotation angle of -15.8 degrees. Rotation correction processing done by Susan Garlock using IDL routine “DoRotationCorrection”. Images flipped because specimen scanned bottom to top. Total slices = 645.
