Description
The CT stack was segmented in ORS Dragonfly using the "Split at Otsu" feature to isolate bone material, then the cranium was manually isolated from other elements. The original mesh was simplified to ca. 2M triangles in Avizo and then imported to Geomagic Studio, where the "Mesh Doctor" feature was used to fix spikes, etc.
