Specimen scanned by Matthew Colbert 17 September 2004 in 3 datasets due to system crashes. Specimen moved during scanning. Original scan data on Archive 1116.\\r\\n\\r\\n16bitrot: 1024x1024 16-bit TIFF images. II, 180 kV, 0.133 mA, no filter, empty container wedge, no offset, slice thickness 2 lines (= 0.0465 mm), S.O.D. 66 mm, 1600 views, 3 samples per view, inter-slice spacing 2 lines (= 0.0465 mm), field of reconstruction 21.2 mm (maximum field of view 21.62844 mm), reconstruction offset 6165, reconstruction scale 1000. Acquired with 15 slices per rotation. Raw sinograms combined prior to processing. Drift- and ring-removal processing done by Susan Garlock based on correction of raw sinogram data using IDL routines “RK_SinoDeDrift” and “RK_SinoRingProcSimul,” both with default parameters. Overlapping and duplicate slices deleted, then images rotated using Photoshop to match adjacent datasets. Rotation correction processing done by Susan Garlock using IDL routine “DoRotationCorrection”. Images flipped because specimen scanned bottom to top. Image changes size (possibly due to specimen movement) between slices 259-260, at dataset boundary. Total slices = 556.\\r\\n\\r\\n8bitjpg: 8-bit JPG version of the above images.\\r\\n\\r\\n8bit matched: 8-bit TIFF images, as above, with slices 1-259 magnified 101.5% using Photoshop, to compensate for image size change.\\r\\n
