University of Texas High-Resolution X-ray CT Facility Archive Daza: 18232A: Pre-stain scan of the head of Chionactis occipitalis (YPM HERR.018232; California, Imperial County, Ocotillo.) for Juan Daza of Sam Houston State University. Specimen scanned by Jessie Maisano 8 December 2016. scan parameters: Xradia. LFOV objective, 80kV, 10W, 1s acquisition time, detector 138.4 mm, source -37 mm, XYZ [-1261, 27258, -1000], camera bin 2, angles ±180, 1081 views, 0.35 mm SiO2 filter, dithering, no sample drift correction. End reference (45 frames, 1s each). Reconstructed with center shift 4, beam hardening 0, theta -55, byte scaling [-10, 140], binning 1, recon filter smooth (kernel size = 0.5). Total slices = 596. Voxels are 14.46 microns.
