Geisler:
8060A: Scans of the right petrosal of Kentriodon pernix (USNM 8060) for Jonathan Geisler of the New York College of Osteopathic Medicine. Specimen scanned by Jessie Maisano 25 April 2011.
scan parameters: Xradia. 0.5X objective, 90kV, 10W, 2s acquisition time, detector 170 mm, source -43.9 mm, XYZ [6502, 13116, -3856], camera bin 2, angles ±103, 516 views, 2.1 mm SiO2 filter, dithering, no sample drift correction. End reference (45 frames, each for 1s). Crop-and-fill plugin applied. Reconstructed with center shift -0.5, beam hardening 0.05, theta 0, byte scaling [-20, 75], binning 1, recon filter smooth (kernel size = 0.8). Total slices = 902.

16bit: 16bit TIFF images reconstructed by Xradia Reconstructor. Voxels are 11.59 microns.
8bitjpg: 8bit jpg version of the reconstructed images.
