Sipla:
21105A: Scans of a petrosal of Morganucodon watsoni (M21105; fissure fill deposits, Hettangian – Sinemurian, Jurassic; Pant Quarry, South Glamorgan, Wales; coll. K.A. Kermack, 1955; NHM Earth Sciences Dept.) for Justin Sipla of the University of Iowa. Specimen scanned by Jessie Maisano 16 December 2013.
scan parameters: Xradia. 4X objective, 90kV, 10W, 1.1s acquisition time, detector 17.2 mm, source -37 mm, XYZ [-333, 17381, 87], camera bin 2, angles ±180, 1261 views, 0.7 mm SiO2 filter, dithering. End reference (45 frames, each for 1.1s). Reconstructed with center shift 1.5, beam hardening 2.1, theta 0, byte scaling [-10, 220], binning 1, recon filter smooth (kernel size = 0.6). Total slices = 948.

16bit: 16bit TIFF images reconstructed by Xradia Reconstructor. Voxels are 4.60 microns.
