Smith:
209414B: Scans of the tail of Exiliboa placata (USNM 209414; Cerro Pelon, 5.8 mi N of, Sierra de Juarez cloud forest, Oaxaca, Mexico; Collected on 1974-06-09) for Krister Smith of the Museum und Forschungsinstitut Senckenberg. Specimen scanned by Jessie Maisano 3 February 2011.
scan parameters: Xradia. 0.5X objective, 70kV, 10W, 1s acquisition time, detector 58.16 mm, source -104 mm, XYZ [4427, 23129, 3116], camera bin 2, angles ±105, 736 views, 1 mm SiO2 filter, dithering, no sample drift correction. End reference (45 frames, each for 1s). Reconstructed with center shift -2, beam hardening 0, theta 0, byte scaling [-15, 125], binning 1, recon filter smooth (kernel size = 0.8). Voxels are 36.17 microns. Total slices = 365.
