University of Texas High-Resolution X-ray CT Facility Archive 2385 Smith: 29215B: Scans of the tail of Ungaliophis panamensis (USNM 29215; Misterioso River, Lock Site No. 2B, Nicaragua) for Krister Smith of the Museum und Forschungsinstitut Senckenberg. Specimen scanned by Jessie Maisano 8 February 2011. scan parameters: Xradia. 0.5X objective, 70kV, 10W, 1s acquisition time, detector 73.25 mm, source -66.09 mm, XYZ [752, 19951, -2386], camera bin 2, angles ±107, 750 views, 1 mm SiO2 filter, dithering, no sample drift correction. End reference (45 frames, each for 1s). Reconstructed with center shift -1, beam hardening 0, theta 0, byte scaling [-10, 100], binning 1, recon filter smooth (kernel size = 0.8). Total slices = 471. 29215A.rcp: Xradia recipe with scan parameters. 16bit: 16bit TIFF images reconstructed by Xradia Reconstructor. Voxels are 26.74 microns.
